CHW Trainings – What You Need To Know
Are you ready to kickstart a rewarding career in healthcare? Our Community Health Worker (CHW) Training program, offered both in-person and online, is the perfect opportunity.
These certified curriculums equip you with the skills you need to succeed, all at no cost to you. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to upskill, this training is designed for you.
Who should attend?
This training is ideal for anyone interested in launching a career in healthcare, as well as current CHWs, Health Ambassadors & Advocates, and Peer Support Specialists working in community or clinical settings.
How long is the training?
- In-Person Training: Our in-person CHW training is a 100-hour core-competency certified curriculum, held two days a week from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM over a 6-week period. To receive certification, participants must complete the full 100 hours of training.
- Online Training: Our online CHW training is also a core-competency certified curriculum, allowing you up to 13 weeks to complete the training at your own pace. However, there are live modules that must be attended during the course of the training.
