Community Health Worker (CHW) Training is a no cost certified curriculum offered by the Delaware Division of Public Health.
Training is 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays over a 6-week period. Participants must complete a full 100 hours of training to be certified.
We encourage individuals interested in starting a healthcare career, as well as current CHWs, Health Ambassadors, Advocates, and Peer Support Specialists working in community or clinical settings to sign up for this amazing opportunity. Once certified, you can enjoy a fulfilling career in healthcare with the potential to earn an annual salary of up to $50,000.
